All content, features, and functionality of DeckStir, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, arrangement of content, AI algorithms, analysis tools, and recommendation systems are owned by Sleeved AI, LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Third-Party Content

DeckStir incorporates card data, images, and information related to Magic: The Gathering. All Magic: The Gathering card names, artwork, and related intellectual property are owned by Wizards of the Coast LLC ("WotC"), a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLEEVED AI, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
