Usually, this section would break down an iconic legend—Muldrotha, Atraxa, or even Fblthp, the Lost. But not today! The beauty of the Community Blank Slate is that there is no commander. That means you get to choose who sits at the helm of your next adventure.
- Want to go big with Urza, Lord High Artificer and flood the board with constructs?
- Prefer to keep it chill and political with Phelddagrif?
- Maybe it’s time for a deep cut—Slimefoot and Squee for saprolings and recursion.
This is a deck without boundaries. The “commander” is simply the spark of inspiration you bring to the table. Or, if you’re feeling especially avant-garde, treat the empty command zone as a statement: “I don’t need a commander—my deck is the legend.” (House rules permitting, of course.)
Game Plan
Unwritten but Unbounded
Normally, we’d break down core lines of play, key cards, and spicy synergies. Here, the only “synergy” is the one that happens when you shuffle up your dreams. Want to build:
